The in-office or virtual and personalized 14-Day Jumpstart program combines three private one-on-one informational sessions, shopping lists, recipes and ideas for preparing healthy meals, satisfying snacks and great tasting shakes, all to help you lose weight and feel great!
I customize this program to fit your schedule, specific likes, tastes, and health requirements.
In-office, we will do a full metabolic assessment using a bio-impedance scale at each session. Body composition numbers such as body fat, muscle mass, hydration, basal metabolic rate, and more are discussed as well as weight. Virtually, you may use your own scale to track your progress at home. No matter which way we meet, I will be there, guiding you through the process, as your educator (science backs many of the changes we will make), accountability person (we use food journaling in your choice of format) and cheerleader (I'm routing for you and know you can do this)!
You will also receive a delicious, pharmaceutical-grade protein powder that makes two shakes a day (to replace two meals daily), as well as a month-long supply of an effective metabolism-boosting supplement.
