In this dynamic, 6-week program you will learn, practice, and make real strides towards RESTYLING YOUR LIFESTYLE with supportive and consecutive, group nutrition classes. Begin to lose that stress-eating weight, sleep deeper, get blood sugar back under control, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, end bad quarantine eating and exercise habits, and begin to tune in to your body’s natural signals. The pieces begin to come together to boost your metabolism, lighten your toxic burden (we all have one), reduce/end cravings, lose weight, getting you on the road to vibrant health and decreasing systemic inflammation.
You learn to make conscious, intelligent adjustments to your nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits. Finally put an end to bad eating and exercise habits, emotional eating, over/under eating, over/under exercise training, and begin to tune in to your body’s natural signals.

Each of the 6 classes includes different topics each week including: Phases One, Two and Three Healthy Eating/Weight Loss plans that include shopping lists, sample day sheets, recipes and much more, Finding the Right Exercise for Your Body, The Difference Between Muscle and Fat, Exercise and Hormones, Taking the Mystery Out of Supplements, Portions, Planning and Timing, The Dangers of Inflammation, Making Sense of Food Labeling, Listening to your Gut and Understanding Your Microbiome, Mindful Eating, Stress and Sleep and much, much more.
This program is offered as a class (described above) at my office, your office (with your coworkers), or virtually via Zoom. All class/groups must have eight participants or more.
This program can also be tailored for individuals or “pairs” meeting virtually or at my office.
